[Received February 2, 1911.] SUPPORT strongly protest made by Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce conveyed to Foreign Office telegram from Hewett 1st February, against increasing by 200 dollars per chest Canton opium tax; urge strongly that steps should be taken to secure entire removal of tax.
